We want your stay with us to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, so we’ve put together some helpful questions and answers about our pod and the local area. We hope this information makes planning your visit a little easier.

Standard check‑in time: 4:00 pm.
Arrival instructions, detailed directions and any gate or keycode information will be sent by email 48 hours before arrival. If you expect to arrive outside normal hours, please notify us in advance.

Yes, our pod is accompanied by a private woodfired hot tub. .
We will light the hot tub prior to your check-in time so that it is ready for you to use as soon as you arrive!
A supply of seasoned hardwood will be provided.

Forget sleeping bags; our pod is fully insulated with high-grade materials for a cozy stay even in the depths of winter.
Bed & Bedding: Relax in the cosy double bed, all bed lines, duvets and pillows are provided and will be ready for your arrival. Simply unpack, and unwind.
Bathroom: Enjoy the wild outdoors, then step into your private, high-pressure hot shower and wrap up in our plush, provided towels.
Save space on packing and use the hair dryer provided.
Kitchen: Our compact kitchen is perfectly designed for creating simple, delicious meals using our microwave/combi oven, two-ring hob, and air fryer.
Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils are also provided.
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper will be waiting for you.
Entertainment & Connectivity: .
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV—perfect for a movie night after a day of hiking the local trails.
Phone signal is usually good but can vary depending on provider.
Outdoor seating: Al fresco dining in the summer evenings awaits with our picnic table, perfect for meals under the stars.
For quieter moments, enjoy reading a book, or watching the sunrise with a cup of tea, on our Adirondack chairs, specifically chosen for their deep-seat comfort.
Lighting, Heating & Electricity; Electric heating is provided, and it is easily adjustable to suit your preference.
Our ambient lighting throughout the pod creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere . Whether you need bright light for cooking or a soft glow for a movie night, we have you covered.
Ample sockets and USB charging points can be found throughout the pod, so you can keep your devices powered up without needing to bring bulky adapters.

🐾 Yes, We Are Dog Friendly! 🐾
We know your furry friend can be a big part of your stay, which is why we welcome well-behaved dogs. We just have a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all guests (both two-legged and four-legged)Dogs must never be left unattended in the pod unless securely crated.
We want your pets to enjoy their holiday too! The main pod site is secure and fenced, giving you peace of mind while relaxing. However, because the farm is a working farm, we kindly ask that you keep all four-legged friends on a lead the moment you step outside the pod site boundary to ensure the safety of our livestock and your dog.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog immediately using the designated bins provided.
Dogs are not permitted on the beds or furniture, please use the comfy dog bed provided!
Travel Light with Your Best Friend
We want your arrival to be as easy as possible. While we know many dogs prefer their own comforts, a dog bed and bowls can be provided upon request. Just let us know upon booking if you'd like us to have these ready in your pod, so you have one less thing to pack!

Forget long treks with heavy suitcases. Dedicated parking is available for one car at the rear of your pod, allowing for effortless unloading and quick access to your vehicle throughout your stay.
All parking directions and instructions will be emailed to you prior to your stay.

Although the farm does not have its own EV charging point, there are several nearby that can be easily accessed on your way to and from the pod.
Great Torrington – approximately 7.30 miles
The town centre offers an EV charging facility, making it a useful stop.Holsworthy – approximately 8.4 miles
Multiple charging options are available in Holsworthy, making this a practical stop for vehicle charging.Bideford - approximately 10 miles There are various charging points available in the town of Bideford, convenient if planning a day near the coast.

Conveniently located just off the A388, we’re only a short drive from some of North Devon’s most beautiful beaches.
A public bridle way runs through the farm, maps and directions can be provided if you wish to take a walk.
The Tarka Trail is a stunning 180-mile walking and cycling route that winds its way through the beautiful landscapes of North Devon. The nearest access point is only 3miles away.

Bideford - approximately 10 miles A wider choice of supermarkets if you are planning a larger shop during your stay. You will find Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Lidl and Aldi in and around the town, making it a convenient option for groceries, household essentials and any extras you may need. It is a particularly useful stop if you are heading towards the coast.
If you are heading towards Bideford, Atlantic Village is also a handy stop for shopping, with a range of larger stores and additional retail options nearby.
All of the major supermarkets deliver to the farm, making it easy to travel light and have your groceries arrive ready for your stay.

We know that plans can change, and we want to make things as easy and stress‑free as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while helping us look after our small, family‑run business.
Payment
To secure your stay, we ask for a small non‑refundable deposit of £___ at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due ___ days before arrival. We’ll send you a friendly reminder so nothing catches you off guard.

Weather Considerations
We’re an all‑year glamping escape, so we stay open whatever the weather brings.
If conditions ever become unsafe, we’ll contact you, and you’ll receive a full refund or a free date change — your safety always comes first
